The 10th Coins for Change Begins!

Every year since 2007, Club Penguin holds Coins for Change to donate money to help charities. We used to decide how much 1 million dollars should be split up into three categories, but since 2013, it’s mostly just to see how many coins can be raised, however Club Penguin still donates depending on the Coins for Change results.

So, this event will run alongside the Holiday Party until January 4. From 2007-2009, Coins for Change would start before the Christmas/Holiday Party, and end sometime during the party. Even in 2008, Rockhopper left mid-party because Coins for Change ended. This was changed in 2010 to make it easier, so now they just run alongside each other.

There are many donation stations around the island. Here is a list of where each are located, which has certainly expanded over the years:

  • Ski Village
  • Beach
  • Captain’s Quarters
  • Dock
  • Town
  • Magic Sleigh Ride
  • Snow Forts
  • Plaza
  • Forest
  • Mine Shack

There is also a Donation Station furniture item, but I’m unsure if they are still active.

Anyways, go click on one to get started.

All you have to do is click how much you want to donate.

And once you donate, you’ll get the CFC 2016 Pin. Getting a pin has been a tradition since 2011.

Take a look at the projects Club Penguin will donate to. The Toys for Kids goal has already been reached.

Please donate, I’m continuing to do so! :)
